Firstly, we are a 100% local, family owned and operated remodeling company, not a franchise or branded dealership. Unlike our large, nation-wide franchise competitors, our owners live locally here in Washington and are involved personally in the day to day operations. We are able to offer premium materials and services at a significantly lower cost than many of these competitors because we do not pay royalties, territory fees or franchise fees. It also means that we are able to offer multiple product lines and options instead of being locked into a single brand line
Second is our exemplary team. From management, to our Senior Designer to our Lead installers, the core leadership team here at Oasis came together out of frustration of the state of the industry and wanting to offer something better. Many of us have decades of experience at lead positions within the industry. We started Oasis because we all wanted a place we could actually enjoy working for. Most companies use cheap, mass produced white acrylic shower bases for all their showers, these can chip, bend or crack over time; at Oasis, we use solid-core shower bases on every one of our showers that are a perfect fit, match the marble color and are far more sturdy and durable than plastic shower trays.
For backer boards, many companies just use green board (mold resistant drywall) or OSB (oriented strand board), neither of which is actually waterproof. At Oasis, we use Go Board on every job, this provides us a 100% waterproof moisture barrier behind the shower.
Finally, we partner with Hammerhead Shower Heads, their valves and fixtures are always made of solid metal and brass (no plastic like the hardware store brands) and are built to last a lifetime!

Our Step-by-Step Bathroom Remodeling Process:
We take the guesswork out of bathroom remodeling with a structured, hassle-free approach. Here’s what to expect:
A good remodel starts at the in-home consultation. Many bath companies employ high pressure sales people with pushy tactics to get you to sign on the dotted line.
While we want to earn your business, we don't use high pressure tactics and we focus instead on clear communication, detailed scope of work quotes, and even schematic drawings when needed to make sure our installers and the management team have an exact picture of the full project.
Once our factory trained installers arrive, they put down flooring and dust protection as needed and start with a full pre-job walk through so everyone is on the same page. Next, we begin demolition of the existing space, being careful to clean up after ourselves and not damage any other areas. After this, the new flooring, shower, vanity and other fixtures are installed, we take care to get your opinion on placement of all accessories like grab bars and shelves.
Once work is complete and the jobsite is fully cleaned up, our team does a detailed, final walk through of the bathroom with you to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction!
