Before I started Oasis, I spent more than 10 years in the bath remodeling industry, starting as an entry-level estimator, moving into senior design and project management positions, and eventually working as a branch manager for a large remodeling firm. I got to see every part of the industry from the inside, the good and the bad. The one thing I never found was a company that treated its customers and their projects with the respect they deserved.

We all know the stereotypes that come with contractors: crews that don't show up on time, work that doesn't hold up, and companies that disappear the moment something goes wrong. My mission when I started Oasis was to build something different, a company where your project and your experience come first, every time.
