This project was started 12/08/2025 and finished 12/10/2025, it was a full bathroom renovation and included a tub to shower conversion, new vanity and paint.

Some Highlights:

This shower features a beautiful barn style sliding door with extra thick ⅜” clear glass and ultra-smooth rollers that let you open the door with a single finger. The quality of the door is your first experience when using the shower, that’s why we use heavy, thick glass and stainless steel hardware.

For fixtures, this shower has a premium handshower set up from Hammerhead Showers. The system is all metal (no cheap plastic) and professional grade backed with a lifetime warranty. The 3 function handheld shower can either be adjusted up or down on the slidebar or be stationed at the top shower arm to function as a traditional shower head.

Project 2: Sally D in the Bellevue Manor Condominiums off of 148th St.

Project started 04/16/2024 completed 4/18/2024

Sally reached out to us because of a leak issue, the tub and tile grout had failed and water was leaking every time she took a shower. A grout failure with tile is an unfortunate situation we run into all too often.
Because of the situation with the condo HOA, special permits, insurance and other documentation was required for the job. We obtained all this and were able to execute the work to pass city code inspections! Most companies would not touch a complex HOA Condo job like this, but at Oasis we can tackle condo bathroom remodels with excellence!
