What "Lifetime" Actually Means
A Warranty Tied to Your Home, Not a Fine-Print Clock
Most "lifetime warranty" claims in this industry are vague on purpose, "lifetime" of what, exactly, and for how long? Ours is specific: both our Product Warranty and our Labor Warranty last for as long as you own the home where we installed your bathroom. That covers wall surrounds, shower floors and bases, replacement bathtubs, and shower accessories against material defects, and covers our installation and workmanship against manufacturer-standard failures, including the surface materially fading, yellowing, cracking, bubbling, or peeling under normal use.
What's Covered
What's Actually Included
Our warranty is split into two parts, and both are tied to how long you own the home, not a fixed number of years.
Product Warranty: covers material defects in the wall surrounds, shower floors/bases, replacement bathtubs, and shower accessories we install
Labor Warranty: covers our installation and workmanship to manufacturer standards, including surface fading, yellowing, cracking, bubbling, or peeling under normal use and proper care
Transferable: if you sell your home, the warranty transfers to the buyer, as long as they notify us in writing within 30 days of closing and acknowledge our Care and Maintenance Instructions
Not covered: damage from harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning pads, extreme heat, misuse, lack of regular cleaning and maintenance, or events like storms, fire, or other acts of God.

This summary reflects our standard warranty terms. View the full Lifetime Warranty Certificate for the complete legal terms, exemptions, and procedures.

Warranty in Action
A Real Warranty Claim, Handled
Several months after finishing Steven Johnson's shower remodel in Renton, water had worked its way under the shower door, discoloring the silicone seal between the shower base and the glass door frame. Steven reached out and sent photos showing what happened. We sent an installer back out, removed the door, deep cleaned the affected area, and completely re-siliconed the entire shower, at no cost to Steven, well after the original installation was complete. See his review below!
