Expert condo bathroom remodels designed for your space

We often hear from our clients that live in condominiums, especially high-rise or multi story buildings, that many contractors simply refuse to even bid out their bathroom renovation projects. This is because condo buildings present some unique challenges that have to be overcome to deliver professional results on bathroom remodels. These often include: Limited or non-existent parking situations (especially for our clients living in condo buildings in Seattle and Bellevue), lack of work space, and additional requirements from building managers/HOA boards in regards to insurance, permitting and work practices.

At Oasis, we have years of specialized experience in Condo bathroom remodeling, our teams are experts at working with your HOA board to provide needed project information, city permits/inspections, additional insurance documentation and much more. Our factory trained installation professionals are also equipped to be able to handle situations with limited parking and work space. Our team will work with you to coordinate all the pre-project details to ensure that your condo bathroom remodeling experience is second to none!

Condo Bathroom Remodel

We completed a full master bathroom remodel in Everett, WA, featuring a brand-new vanity, elegant flooring, and a spacious walk-in shower upgrade. Fresh paint and a modern design brought brightness and style to the space, creating a luxurious yet functional retreat. This bathroom renovation enhances both comfort and value, delivering a sleek, contemporary look that homeowners love.

Modern Walk-In Shower

Sally reached out to us because of a leak issue, the tub and tile grout had failed and water was leaking every time she took a shower. A grout failure with tile is an unfortunate situation we run into all too often.

Because of the situation with the condo HOA, special permits, insurance and other documentation was required for the job. We obtained all this and were able to execute the work to pass city code inspections! Most companies would not touch a complex HOA Condo job like this, but at Oasis we can tackle condo bathroom remodels with excellence!

Project Highlights:

  • Stylish matte black door and shower fixtures

  • Low step-in threshold height on the shower pan eliminates the hazard of stepping over and into a slippery bathtub.

  • Easy to clean shower walls that are 100% waterproof and non porous. This ensures the leak issue will not happen again!

Modern Walk-In Shower

This project presented some unique challenges, firstly, the client wanted a shower built from solid quartz slabs; these are very heavy and require fabrication on the job site. Not only was this project on the 3rd floor of the building but there was absolutely no parking space or work space at the building for our crew.

Our team worked with the building management to pull the project off, we installed padding inside the elevators and floor protection for the entire run from the door to the clients shower! We were able to execute the majority of slab fabrication off site- allowing us to only require minimum time and space to finalize the stone installation. We also scheduled the work and water shut off with the management team to ensure minimum disruption to the neighbors. The result was an amazing, custom stone shower with a super low step in height, grab bars and other accessibility features built for the owner to be able to use their shower as they age in place. Once installation was complete, our team did a thorough jobsite clean up and took all the debris away with us!

Our process

Our simple remodel process

We guide you through a clear 3-step design-build bathroom remodeling process, whether you are planning a full bathroom remodel, a walk-in shower upgrade, a tub-to-shower conversion, or a focused wet-area renovation.

Step 1: Consultation, Design & Material Selection

Because we're a local, family-owned and operated remodeler, every project starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. We sit down with you, look at your current bathroom, and listen to what isn't working about it. From there we talk through whether you need a full remodel, a shower-focused update, a tub-to-shower conversion, new flooring, a new vanity, or more storage.

We'll also walk you through material options together: shower walls, bases, glass, fixtures, vanities, countertops, flooring, and accessibility/safety features. Our team takes careful measurements and puts together drawings and scope notes, so everyone on the project, including you, knows exactly what to expect before any work begins - the kind of communication and project guidance that keeps small decisions from turning into surprises later.

We keep the consultation simple and low-pressure. You'll get clear recommendations and honest guidance, not upsells, built around your home, your budget, and how you actually want to live in the space.

Step 2: Installation & Build-Out

Once everything is planned out, our own factory-certified installers, not a rotating crew of subcontractors, get to work. Before anything starts, we protect the surrounding areas of your home and walk you through what's about to happen - the kind of white glove service that starts before the first tool comes out.

Depending on your project, this can include demolition, plumbing work, shower base and wall installation, vanity replacement, flooring, drywall, storage, fixtures, and final accessories. On a full remodel, we make sure the shower, vanity, flooring, and layout all come together as one finished room instead of a set of separate updates.

Whatever the scope, from a single shower conversion to a full teardown, we treat your home the way we'd want ours treated: cleanly, carefully, and with real attention to the small details that make a bathroom pleasant to use every day.

Step 3: Final Inspection & Walkthrough

When the work is done, we clean up completely and walk through the finished bathroom with you, not past it. We check the shower, fixtures, vanity, flooring, and every small detail together, and we don't consider the job finished until you do.

This is also when we answer any care and maintenance questions, go over your transferrable lifetime warranty, and make sure you feel confident using your new bathroom every day, not just impressed by it on the walkthrough.

Condo Remodeling Experience Across Greater Seattle

Most contractors avoid condo jobs entirely because the pre-project coordination alone takes more time than the installation. Parking logistics, elevator padding and scheduling, water shutoff windows, HOA insurance certificates, noise ordinance compliance, and neighbor notification protocols all have to be managed before the first day of work. We have built the systems to handle all of it.

Every condo project starts with a building assessment to identify access constraints, permit requirements, and HOA documentation needs. We handle all of it before work begins so your project stays on schedule and your relationship with your building management stays intact.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with HOA boards and building management?

Yes. We handle all HOA communication on your behalf, including providing proof of insurance, permit documentation, and project scope summaries. We know what condo buildings require and prepare everything before the first day of work.

Can you remodel a bathroom in a high-rise building?

Yes. We have completed remodels on upper floors of high-rise buildings in Seattle and Bellevue, including projects requiring elevator padding, off-site material fabrication, and coordinated water shutoffs with building management. Building height and access constraints do not change our ability to deliver the same quality of work.

How do you handle parking and material delivery in urban buildings?

We assess parking and loading access during the pre-project consultation and coordinate with building management before scheduling the installation. In cases with no parking or loading dock access, we stage materials off-site and bring only what is needed for each day of work.

Do you obtain permits for condo bathroom remodels?

Yes. Condo bathroom remodels typically require city permits, and some buildings have additional HOA permit requirements on top of the city process. We manage both — the city application, inspections, and HOA documentation — so you do not need to deal with the building department or HOA board directly.

How long does a condo bathroom remodel take?

Most condo bathroom remodels are completed in two to four days, depending on scope. Projects involving custom stone work, structural changes, or complex HOA scheduling may take longer. We provide a clear timeline during the consultation that accounts for the building's specific access constraints.

What warranty do you provide on condo bathroom remodels?

Oasis Bath Solutions provides a lifetime warranty covering both labor and materials on all condo bathroom remodeling installations.
