Shower Remodel
Give your shower a fresh and functional upgrade.
Modern, Accessible Upgrades For Your Space
Outdated tubs with high thresholds are one of the leading causes of slips and falls in the bathroom. These barriers can be especially hazardous for children, older adults, or anyone with mobility challenges.
A walk-in shower remodel is designed with safety at its core. Low or barrier-free entry minimizes tripping hazards, while slip-resistant bases and sturdy grab bars provide added stability. Our durable, modern walls resist mold and mildew, reducing health risks and maintenance headaches. Create a bathing space that supports confidence, independence, and peace of mind—through every season and stage of life.
Why our shower remodels are the best
Many homeowners choose to remodel their shower for enhanced safety, accessibility and functionality. With a NAHB Certified Aging in Place Specialist on staff, our material offerings are selected with universal design and durability principles in mind, and our designers and remodelers are professionally trained in industry best practices to ensure your bath to shower project is a success!
Advanced Waterproofing
The first layer to be installed after your bathtub is removed is commonly called a “backer board” as it sits behind the finished walls of the showers to provide a foundational layer of water protection. Unfortunately, many bath companies opt for cheap, non-waterproof products like OSB (wood sheeting) or greenboard (mold resistant drywall).
At Oasis, we specifically use Go Board, a solid, 100% waterproof backer board. This combined with our Quad-Lock moisture barrier system provides you peace of mind that your shower is fully protected from water leaks.
Durable, Custom Shower Bases
The floor of the shower is called a shower pan, or shower base. The norm in the bath industry is to use inexpensive, mass produced fiberglass or acrylic shower trays. These are made only in standard sizes and offer no adjustability. These plastic pans are also very lightweight, and can be susceptible to creaking, chipping or cracking over time. To avoid these issues we use solid, composite or stone shower bases with anti-slip surfaces and a low step in height. These are incredibly durable and Lifetime Warrantied against ever chipping or cracking. Each shower base is custom fabricated on site by our factory trained installers, this means that we can size the new shower to perfectly fit your existing space!
Superior Shower Walls
We carry multiple wall system options to meet your wants and needs. All of our wall systems are lifetime warrantied and are easy to clean. We custom cut and fit every wall system at your home, no pre-fabricated kits. We offer acrylic, Sentrel (composite), Tyvarian (engineered stone) and Quartz wall systems; this wide range allows us to offer literally hundreds of color and style choices.
Detailed Clean Up and Protection
Some contractors have a reputation for being messy or leaving dirt and debris behind. For us, that is totally unacceptable! All of our installation teams are trained to lay down flooring protection and put up needed barriers to contain dust as soon as they arrive! When we finish, we always do a thorough clean up and take all of the trash with us so you can go straight to enjoying your new shower.
Our simple remodel process
We'll guide you through the 3 step transformation process from start to finish so you can have total peace of mind.
A good remodel starts at the in-home consultation. Many bath companies employ high pressure sales people with pushy tactics to get you to sign on the dotted line.
While we want to earn your business, we don't use high pressure tactics and we focus instead on clear communication, detailed scope of work quotes, and even schematic drawings when needed to make sure our installers and the management team have an exact picture of the full project.
Once our factory trained installers arrive, they put down flooring and dust protection as needed and start with a full pre-job walk through so everyone is on the same page. Next, we begin demolition of the existing space, being careful to clean up after ourselves and not damage any other areas. After this, the new flooring, shower, vanity and other fixtures are installed, we take care to get your opinion on placement of all accessories like grab bars and shelves.
Once work is complete and the jobsite is fully cleaned up, our team does a detailed, final walk through of the bathroom with you to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction!
No one likes their bathroom torn apart for months as different contractors come and go. Because we follow a proven process and use in-house bath and shower installers, we are often able to complete even large bathroom remodels in just 1-2 weeks!
