This project was started 05/19/2025 and finished 05/24/2025, it was a full bathroom remodel and included a tub to shower conversion, new vanity, flooring and the build out of a new closet area!

One of the most popular projects we take on is converting the large tubs in these bathrooms into custom walk-in shower; and also converting the small shower stalls into usable, beautiful closet/storage spaces! Our amazing install team removed the old shower, capped off the plumbing and installed new drywall, shelving and doors into the shower space. We also tore out the outdated drop in tub, installed a custom walk in shower and put in a new vanity with beautiful quartz countertops!

The client was extremely happy with the finished result and praised the professionalism of our crew and how they were willing to go above and beyond to make the final vision a reality!

Project 2: Kurt Z. in the Woodside Terrace Condominiums in Kirkland, WA.

We met Kurt at our bathroom remodeling booth at the Seattle Remodeling Expo in 2024. He was looking for a reputable local contractor to help him with a condo tub to shower conversion in his condo unit. Our expertise in Condo remodeling made us a great fit for the project and as soon as the materials arrived, we got to work!

Kurt had an old tub with a really high step and laminate wall surround that was in great need of replacement. We professionally removed the old tub and walls, converted the drainage and plumbing to a shower set up and installed a beautiful new walk-in shower in our Azzurra Bay marble color. This one had a beautifully color matched shower base, handheld shower with slidebar, shelves, footrest and a grab bar. We also installed a sliding barn style shower door to complete the enclosure. This one was expertly set up for aging in place, the low step in entry, slip resistant floor and well placed grab bar and hand shower will allow for accessibility and safety for years to come!
