Our Project Managers will bring a full kit of samples and photos to help you design your new shower. Unlike many large bath remodeling companies, our Project Managers are NOT just salespeople. They are trained in taking accurate measurements, aging in place, and universal design principles and also cross-train with our installers so they can provide an honest, exact estimate of the cost of your project. Unlike salespeople, our Project Managers will be your point of contact throughout the process; they are often physically present at the beginning of your installation to ensure everything goes smoothly and you get exactly what was discussed.
When you decide to move forward with Oasis, we will begin ordering the custom materials for your project, once they arrive and are quality checked, we will call you to set the date for installation. And don’t worry, our team will keep in good contact with you through the whole process so you are never left wondering what is going on.
Our install crew shows up on time to begin your project. We do a full overview of the job with you before any demolition begins, we lay floor covering and set up plastic protection where needed to protect your home. When your project is complete, we do another full walk-through with you to ensure that you are fully satisfied with everything, and then we CLEAN UP AFTER OURSELVES. We always strive to leave your home better than we found it.
